Walking

At St. Patrick’s Sports Academy we encourage fitness in all its forms as a way to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and an active community. In today’s modern society  “a walking routine keeps the doctor away“. Walking is indeed one of the most rewarding lifelong activities with immediate benefits for the body, mind and spirit.

Besides the obvious physical, mental and spiritual gains from walking, joining the club’s walking activities offers the opportunity for people to socialise and for communities to come together. After a long day why not come out for a walk with friends to clear your head and de-stress from the challenges of the day.
