Cycling

Cycling is another initiative supported by St. Patrick’s Sports Academy to help improve fitness in the communities served. Cycling low impact makes it a suitable exercise for many people. It is also a leisurely and fun way to get fit. We encourage all those keen to take up cycling, regardless of their level to join our cycling team. People new to cycling or simply eager to learn cycling are also welcome.
