St. Patrick’s Sport Academy will always aim to support its members, players and people under its supervision. The club also aims to provide quality services and continually look for ways to improve. We welcome your comments and suggestions based on your experience of our services. We know that we will not always get things right. On the occasions when that happens please raise the matter right to give us the opportunity to resolve promptly and fairly. We also look to learn from both positive and negative feedback to help better adapt structures and procedures.
We are conscious of the responsibilities and expectations bestowed upon us; not only by the faithful and dedicated volunteers and staff that help run this great club, but most of all by parents, guardians and the children themselves that are the heart and soul of the club. On those occasions when we fall short or do not get it right, the complaints procedure will ensure that concerns are dealt with and steps taken to restore harmony. All complaints are taken seriously and a response will be given to any concern raised.
